WHAT WE PROMISE

Four standards. Verified on every dispatch.

  • 01

    A real human picks up.

24/7 dispatch — phone tree starts the day a chat-bot replaces us.

  • 02

    IICRC partner crews only.

Every restoration team we route holds active WRT, AMRT or ASD credentials.

  • 03

    Insurance billed direct.

State Farm, Allstate, Citizens, Universal, Tower Hill, Heritage and the rest. You pay your deductible.

  • 04

    One dispatcher, end to end.

Same name on intake and on final walkthrough. Not a different rep at every step.

THE PLAYBOOK

From your dispatch to keys-back, in three moves.

Most Tampa restoration outfits sub the work to whoever is closest. We don't. The dispatcher who picks up your call signs off the partner crew's final walkthrough — same name, same number, same accountability.

  1. STEP 01

    Reach the dispatcher

Phone, form, or text. A real human takes your address, water source, and severity. Most intakes are under three minutes.

    You start here
  2. STEP 02

    Vetted partner crew arrives

IICRC-credentialed lead tech in a marked van. Boot covers and floor protection before they cross your threshold. Photos and moisture map first.

    Within the hour
  3. STEP 03

    Restored. Billed direct.

Truck-mounted extraction, structural drying 3–5 days. Drywall + flooring restored to insurance spec. Carrier billed direct. You pay your deductible.

TRUST, BUT VERIFY

We don't post review screenshots we can't prove.

Most local restoration sites lead with five-star carousel reviews you've never heard of. We don't. Reviews go live on this page the moment our first Tampa job closes — syndicated directly from Google Business Profile, with the customer's full name, suburb, and adjuster claim number visible.

Until then: here's what's verifiable today. Carriers, certs, gear. Ask for any of it on the call — we'll pull the documentation.

FAQ

Things people ask while standing in two inches of water.

Q · 01
How fast can a partner crew be at my Tampa address?

Depends on time of day, storm cycle, and where in Tampa Bay you are. We give you a real ETA on the call — not a marketing number.

Q · 02
Why "dispatch concierge" and not just a restoration company?

Because we're new and honest about it. Flood Rescue Tampa is operated by KAK Digital LLC. The actual restoration work is performed by vetted, IICRC-credentialed Florida contractors who run their own trucks, gear, and licenses. We answer the phone, route the dispatch, audit the work.

Q · 03
Do you actually bill insurance directly?

Our partner crews do — direct billing with State Farm, Allstate, Citizens, Universal, Tower Hill, Heritage, Florida Peninsula, Progressive, Liberty Mutual, USAA, Foremost, Frontline, Kin, Slide. They submit Xactimate scope, daily moisture log, photo packet. You pay your deductible only.

Q · 04
How long does the actual drying take?

Three to five days for a standard Cat-1 (clean water) loss with industrial dehus and air movers running 24/7. Cat-2 (gray) and Cat-3 (sewage) take longer because containment + sanitization come first.

Q · 05
Why no big "five-star reviews" carousel like every other restoration site?

Because we won't post reviews we can't prove. The day our first Tampa job closes is the day Google reviews go live on this page — full names, suburbs, claim numbers visible. Until then, ask us for partner-crew references and we'll text you contractor and adjuster names you can call directly.

Q · 06
What should I do in the first 10 minutes after a water emergency?

Three things: (1) shut off the water source if you can do it safely; (2) kill electricity to affected rooms at the breaker; (3) move paper, fabric, and wood to a dry surface. Don't run the HVAC — it spreads moisture. Then submit the dispatch form. Don't wait until morning. Mold colonizes wet drywall in 24-48 hours.

DISPATCH IS LIVE

Water doesn't wait. Neither do we.

Two minutes on the phone. A vetted IICRC partner crew at your door inside the hour. Insurance billed direct. That's the Tampa standard — anything less is leakage.
